THE LINK CENTRE
The parking spaces consisting of twenty seven (27) slots shall be located at the basement and ground floor.
The commercial/office spaces consisting of consisting of six (6) units shall be located at the Ground and Second floors.
The residential units consisting of fifty seven (57) units are located at the Third to Upper Penthouse floors of the building.
As accessories to the Building, the following are provided: (a) elevator; (b) walkways, (c) stairs, and (d) machine room.
Each unit will consist horizontally of the area within each unit excluding the outside face of the interior wall separating such units from the Common Area or Limited Common Areas. Vertically, each unit consists of the space between the top of the concrete floor of each unit and the underside of the ceiling. Each unit shall be deemed to include all the walls of the unit, the inner decorated or finished surfaces of all walls, floors and ceilings and built-in fixtures.
